As the Design Studio Strategist, my objective was to create a new marketing and sales strategy for the Surfaces division. Through market research within the interior and architectural design community the concept of the Screens Project evolved. My involvement included market research, product strategy, presentation kits, launch strategy and event planning for the opening event in New York City.
Devolpment: Giati Designs/Waterways Collection
As the sales and marketing manager for Giati Designs, the objective was to edit and update the existing textile collection and create products that could be integrated both indoors and out. Working with textile designer, Glenn Peckman, The Summerland Collection was introduced in tandem with Elements, the new identity for the division. My involvement included market research, existing product evaluation, product development, sales and marketing strategies.

It was a critical juncture where there were high demands to identify the best possible employee candidates during a fast growth period of the company. Development:Bergamo Fabric
One of several projects for Bergamo Textiles included the development and implementation of a company survey. The directive was to create a confidential survey directed toward the sales organization that would identify the strengths, weakness, threats and opportunities of the management team, sales support and the existing product in the interior design market.
